• Option 2: Sign up for 6 monthly installments. Rate: $1500 + tax (monthly installment $250 per month for 6 months).

As long as you’d like to. The journey to reaching your best weight is different for everyone – that’s why we offer on-going support. If you have completed the MWM Foundation Program™, you can continue to receive monthly touch points with our care team. You can chose to opt out at any time or continue your journey month-to-month. At MWM you decide how much support is right for you!

Many health plans offer coverage for medically supervised weight management programs. We help patients navigate coverage options for dietitian services, program costs, and medication costs through your private insurance provider. Please contact us if you need assistance.

No, you don’t need a referral to enroll. However, having a primary care provider is a requirement to join MWM. We work with your doctor to ensure you are getting all the support you need.
